“I believe, if we are smart – we should use our photography such that we look to the past while living in the present in order to have a glimpse into the future.” – John Neel
I believe we should look back into our past – in order to understand the now – so we may attempt to alter our future.

Our lives benefit from constant redirection. It is how we move forward in everything we try to do. At least, it is the way we can opt to live. Many seem to only live in the past. It is how we view the present moment that helps us understand where to go next.
Personally, I try to live within the perpetual NOWNESS of my own time. And while I know there was the past and there will very likely be a future – NOW is the thing that can determine what is next. Except for space – NOW is the only reality there ever is, ever was and ever will be.
As far as humans are able to comprehend, space is the limitless place within what we know of time. In human terms, SPACE is simply our stage for the act of living our lives.
Living in the NOW is to assess the moments we are in. It is a place in TIME and SPACE that we can use to arrive in the next NOW. It is in that instant that we can determine what we might do to change our world.
Now is when the past is gone – the present has arrived – and the future unfolds.
Move through life ONE GOOD NOW AT A TIME.
The NOW we call photography is a way to realize where we have been, where we are now, and where we are headed.
