As an art form, the photographic image is meant to make us think.

Life has changed photography and art. It always has. Art is all about our lives and our existence. It is a look at where we are as humans in any period of time we are in.

What on Earth is so significant about a simple jar? What does a jar have to do with anything? Photography is a way to discover and a way to think.

The use of a toy camera to make an image, is not to produce shallowness, but rather … The simplicity of a tool should not impair the vision. Photography and the simple camera.

But there is another moment that is also decisive… In that regard, it is essential that both parties are looking for the image to speak to them …photographic… vision of that encounter with time.

Photographic minimalism is supposed to enlighten. Abstraction for the sake of abstraction is not the point. Its purpose is to trigger discovery.

Between now and April 24th, I’ll be getting ready to make and use a pinhole camera. I’ll also be posing a few posts about pinhole and pinhole related photography.
